The Mentor Ring found Vonage to be simple, reliable and cost-effective
The Mentor Ring provides one-to-one support and guidance to people of all ages and backgrounds, helping them overcome significant barriers to social inclusion. Sujatha Thaladi is Secretary and Operational Director, and mentors on a one-to-one basis.
Vonage is amazing for a small organisation like ourselves. It's straightforward, simple, very reliable and very cost-effective. It's brilliant!
As a qualified mentor, Sujatha needs to be sure that her clients can reach her at any point, and was looking for a phone service that made this as easy as possible. She explains, "My clients are vulnerable, so they need to be able to have access to me at all times."
With the Vonage Extensions app, Sujatha has peace of mind that she's always available when she needs to be. "My clients come first, and that's why I chose Vonage and connected it to my mobile through the app. When I travel abroad, whether it's a personal trip or attending conferences, I use the app wherever there's WiFi. I can ring anyone and don't incur any extra costs, and my clients can reach me on the same landline number they always use."
Having a landline number is a huge advantage. "My clients think I'm in Cardiff when I could actually be anywhere! It really works well for them, especially those who can't afford to ring a mobile number," she explains.
Vonage will be a big help when they move offices too. "We're a very small organisation and we may have to move because of lack of funding – and that's where Vonage comes in. I can take my phone service to any office as long as there's broadband, and I don't need to pay anything extra.
"Vonage is amazing for a small organisation like ourselves. It's straightforward, simple, very reliable and very cost-effective. It's brilliant!" Sujatha concludes.

I'm Sujatha Thaladi, founder and director of The Mentor Ring based in Cardiff, United Kingdom. We train people on mentoring skills and we support individuals on a one-to-one basis to overcome significant barriers to social inclusion.
I want my clients to access me because it's very important. They're very vulnerable. They come first. That's a strong reason why I opted for Vonage. That's why I've connected it to my mobile as well. It really works well with my clients, those who can't afford to ring my mobile because landline to landline is cheaper.
We are a very small organisation. We may have to move because of lack of funding. That is where Vonage phone comes in. I can take that phone elsewhere. I just need a broadband service and I can share my office with other organisations. I don't need to pay anything extra.
When I travel abroad, either it could be personal or attending conferences, I use Vonage Extension mobile app. Wherever I have got WiFi I can ring anyone and I don't incur any extra expenditure for telephones. People can still be in touch with me, and they can reach me with just one number.
They think I'm in Cardiff, but I may be anywhere. If they can't reach me, they can leave a voicemail. I can pick it up through email. I can listen to it and get back to them. It's almost like another office, Vonage phone. It's amazing for a small organisation like ourselves. It's straightforward. It's simple. It's very, very reliable. It's very cost effective and brilliant.
